A San Francisco native, Alana moved to NYC to pursue her dream of becoming one of the best in her field … and she is rapidly becoming just that! Her natural talent combined with her advanced cutting techniques makes her a rising star at RARE. In demand not only for her amazing cuts and expert blow-outs, Alana specializes in multi-textured hair, and is an expert when it comes to braiding, relaxers, perms and extensions! Her clients have included Amerie, Yamilla Diaz and Frida Torresblanco. Most recently she worked with celebrity stylist Peter Butler for the 2007 Victoria’s Secret campaign.
